• To support employment and career development services for students, university and graduates by providing career guidance, life skills training, employment support, employer engagement assistance, and accurate data management.
• The Employment Officer helps students improve their employability and successfully transition from education to employment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide employment and career support services to students and graduates.
• Maintain regular contact with employment and university students to monitor career opportunities, employment and university status.
• Assist in organizing and delivering life skills and employability training sessions.
• Support job placement, internship, and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate student and graduate records in the data management system.
• Collect, update, and verify employment-related data and documentation.
• Prepare reports and statistics related to student employment outcomes.
• Coordinate employment-related events, workshops, and career fairs.
• Assist students by providing support such as school fees, study materials, food parcels, and stipends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Employment Program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• General & Technical Skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage data confidentially.
• Experience working with students, youth development, employment services, or training programs is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer.
• Soft Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
