About the role

Manage the identification, screening, and dissemination of funding opportunities relevant to IPC research priorities.
Maintain and update internal databases related to funding programs, applications, and awarded projects.
Assist researchers in preparing grant applications, including administrative documentation, budget preparation, and submission through funder portals.
Support grant onboarding and follow-up, ensuring effective coordination between research, administrative, internal, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the setup and processing of grant agreements and collaborative research contracts, in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of grants management flows and templates, as well as the maintenance of up-to-date internal guidelines for fundraising and sponsored collaborative research management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international affairs, administration, management, or a related field.
A background in life sciences would be an asset or PhD in biomedical sciences and experience in project management or research administration are encouraged to apply.
Experience in grants management, research project coordination, fundraising, or research administration would be a plus.
Certification or demonstrated training in project management, grants management, or advanced Excel is an advantage.
