About the role

Responsibilities and Duties: Source potential suppliers.
Compare and estimate prices from suppliers.
Understand goods transportation and payment terms.
Inspect the quality of ordered goods.
Ensure up-to-date recording of purchased goods, shipping information, and invoices.
Monitor stock levels.
Provide information on new developments in the procurement office, such as price changes, market conditions, and new products.
Maintain bidding tables, price lists, business documents, and other required proposal analysis documents for effective procurement operations.
Create POs in the electronic system DBC v.20.
Prepare procurement procedures and documents and send them to the accounting department for supplier payments.
Prepare reports on procurement, including cost analysis.
Report and participate in resolving related issues.
Prepare work performance reports for management.
Maintain order, discipline, and company internal regulations.
Perform other duties as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties: Assist in coordinating departmental work in case of member absence.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills: Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, Management, or an equivalent degree.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement.
Understanding of the procurement process and preparation of procurement documents.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
Good command of English.
Age between 20 to 30 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and able to work under pressure.
Good collaboration and communication skills in work.
Willingness to learn and agile.
