About the role

This is an invitation for bids from companies/enterprises and construction contractors (registered and unregistered) for public bidding to select a contractor for the construction of a rainwater harvesting system within the target communities in Veal Veng District, Pursat Province. The project aims to improve access to clean water, specifically for remote communities, by enhancing water sources and promoting sustainable rainwater harvesting in the Phnom Kravanh National Park. Specific works include:

Construction of 3000-liter giant jars
Construction of 35,000-liter rainwater collection tanks
Location: Veal Veng District, Pursat Province
Duration: 3 months

Requirements

Companies/enterprises or contractors wishing to participate in the bidding must meet the following conditions:

Have experience in the construction of rainwater harvesting systems, water tanks, water supply systems, or related constructions.
Possess sufficient technical capacity, human resources, materials, and equipment to perform the work.
Have a skilled team/construction workers capable of working in the target area of Veal Veng District, Pursat Province.
Submit bidding documents, including a detailed price list (BoQ), construction plan, and work implementation schedule.
Use quality materials and techniques that comply with the project's technical specifications and standards.
Ensure the work is implemented and completed within 3 months according to the agreed plan.
Allow Rainwater Organization of Cambodia to inspect and monitor the quality of work at all construction stages.
Provide a warranty for the construction work after completion, with a minimum validity of 3 months. Priority will be given to companies/enterprises or contractors who have participated in training courses on rainwater harvesting system technology with Rainwater Organization of Cambodia. The selected company must adhere to the safety protection principles and environmental protection measures of Rainwater Organization of Cambodia.
