About the role

Prepare and accomplish daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans.
Evaluate micro, SME, individual, and consumer credit loans to ensure that lending is in accordance with customer needs and repayment capacity.
Ensure the growth of the credit portfolio and cultivate credit discipline among customers.
Disburse loans to customers.
Motivate customers for timely repayment.
Monitor overdue debt status daily and resolve promptly.
Deposit payments to the company on the same day after receiving payment from customers or through agents.
Retain customers and reduce churn.
Maintain good relationships with customers and local authorities.
Comply with the credit policy and other company policies.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Financial Service Sales Consultant.

Requirements

At least a Diploma (high school) or currently studying at the university level in any field.
Possess knowledge related to financial services.
Experience in loan management with a microfinance institution will be prioritized.
Experience in sales, promotion, and market research is preferred.
Priority will be given to candidates (male/female) residing in the above operational areas of LFS.
