Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals in the pharmaceutical sector.
