This role oversees the day-to-day HR employee experience operations budget, including managing a team that handles HR Learning & Development. And to provide leadership and guidance, maintain a positive place, and focus on enhancing overall employee satisfaction in achieving company performance goals, while aligning with the company’s strategies. Learning & Development (L&D):

• Develop and execute the company’s learning and development strategy aligned with objectives, conduct training needs analysis to identify skill and competency gaps, and create annual training plans and budgets.
• Design and implement leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training programs, facilitate shops, seminars, and learning sessions as needed, and manage external training providers and learning partners.
• Develop succession planning and high-potential development programs, support career development frames and competency models, and partner with managers to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms, promote e-learning, blended learning, and modern learning solutions, and track training participation and learning effectiveness.
• Other responsibilities will be assigned by the line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in , Human Resource Management, or related field
• Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Understanding job evaluation and organization management
• Knowledge of HR systems, including L&D
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
