Clearly communicate Hello Health’s vision, mission, and core values to your teams, providing consistent strategic direction to foster a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations and responsibilities of the entire content and audience teams, establishing clear structures, processes, and guidance to ensure smooth execution.
Proactively offer insights and recommendations to continuously improve team productivity, content quality, and overall performance. directly with the Regional Head of Audience, HCP, Marketing and other key stakeholders locally and regionally to develop, hone and communicate the audience & content strategy for the local.
Contribute to the development of editorial calendars, content strategies, engagement plans, and campaign planning to maximize impact and reach across all platforms.
Complete detailed analyses of the market, competition & changing landscape of the digital content and health industries and come up with insights to support and enable the development of the audience strategy.
Drive results through the constant analysis and review of data to improve and optimize performance of the teams and the processes.
Dive deeply into the dashboards, analytics tools and insight reports of the platform, audience, content, and operations to provide input into improvements and adjustments to the plan & strategy as needed.
Report regularly to the wider organization & management to provide clear, concise, and well thought through recommendations for improvements that will drive impact and improve outcomes.
Contribute to the development of reports and slides for management meetings, team meetings and client meetings as needed.
Support with the reporting for client campaigns that relate to content, traffic and on-platform deliverables such as pageviews, sessions and engagement.
Write and edit engaging posts, captions, and video scripts for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram, tailored to each platform’s audience and tone (e.g., short-form videos for TikTok, community updates for Telegram, and educational posts for Facebook).
Develop well-researched, SEO-optimized articles for the Hello Krupet website, covering health related topics such as pregnancy, nutrition, health awareness, and advanced treatments.
Create persuasive content for social media ads, email campaigns, and banner ads to support lead generation and audience engagement, aligning with campaign goals.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, English, Communications or other relevant field or commensurate experience with a minimum of 7 years of relevant writing experience.
5-10+ Years in editorial and content management and leadership with a proven track record of high performance, audience growth & commercial success.
Highly detailed oriented with an understanding of more technical aspects of the digital editorial process including experience with data analytics tools, CMS systems and insights tools.
Strong experience ing with SEO, from managing SEO best practices, analysis of SEO using Google Search Console and other SEO tools including (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush etc.) Innovative leader with a strong drive to improve performance, drive impact and create great user experiences for audiences on and offline.
Self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to set up, manage and optimize detailed processes that govern quality and operational performance.
Able to on the content proposal for client Require to have a good presentation skill in English and Khmer Require to have a good english writing skill as most of client is not local, so we need the al who able to write in dual Website content development, social media, and video content experience preferred.
A portfolio showcasing social media posts (e.g., TikTok videos, Facebook campaigns, Telegram updates) and website articles, ideally in health or wellness niches.
