Support the Strategy & Transformation function by delivering high-quality analysis, financial modelling, performance tracking and coordination for distribution compensation, contests, campaigns and transformation initiatives.
Prepare, update and maintain financial models for distribution compensation, sales contests and campaign proposals.
Conduct scenario modelling, cost-benefit analysis, sensitivity testing and impact assessment.
Track campaign and compensation budgets, monitor actual performance against plan, identify variances and prepare clear explanations.
Coordinate inputs from Distribution, Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance and Operations to ensure proposals are complete, accurate and aligned with approval requirements.
Prepare regular MIS, dashboards and performance packs to support management review of distribution productivity, campaign effectiveness and momentum.
Support the annual strategic planning and planning cycle through data collection, analysis, presentation preparation and follow-up tracking.
Maintain structured documentation for key assumptions, approvals, performance outcomes and lessons learned from compensation, contest and campaign initiatives.
Support the Manager, Strategy & Transformation in coordinating and driving assigned transformation initiatives, including improvement, operating model, process enhancement and strategic change streams.
Gather inputs, analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and prepare materials to support transformation recommendations.
Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions to ensure disciplined execution and timely follow-up.
Prepare concise updates, issue logs and progress reports for management review, highlighting key risks, decisions required and proposed next steps.
Support bank engagement and Joint ing committee by coordinating meetings, documenting outcomes and following up on agreed actions.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, finance, actuarial, strategy, planning, financial analysis, consulting or Big 4 audit/advisory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Administration or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative and Excel skills, including ability to build, review and maintain financial models with clear assumptions.
Ability to analyse performance, identify trends and translate numerical analysis into concise management insights.
Good understanding of budgeting, financial impact assessment and performance tracking; exposure to distribution economics is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, integrity and ability to manage multiple priorities within agreed timelines.
Good stakeholder coordination skills and ability to collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including ability to prepare clear presentation materials.
Progress toward ACCA, CFA, actuarial exams or other relevant professional qualifications is an advantage.
Prior exposure to distribution compensation, sales campaign design, bancassurance, agency performance management, transformation or project coordination is an advantage.
Experience ing with senior stakeholders, Group Office, bank partners or distribution teams would be beneficial.
