- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of different departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
- This includes collaborating with IT to ensure data infrastructure supports intelligence activities.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
- This involves regular data cleaning, validation, and updating processes.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize intelligence tools and software to automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Training: Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and intelligence tools.
- This includes creating training materials and conducting workshops or one-on-one sessions.
- Project Management: Understand project management concepts from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.
- This includes defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of BI initiatives to ensure they meet objectives.
- This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed.
- Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve BI processes and tools.
- This includes researching new technologies and methodologies that can enhance data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience with SQL and DAX queries.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
