• Own and improve the 3 pillars across branches: customer experience, coach quality, and hygiene.
• Set clear standards and checklists for service, coaching, and cleanliness.
• Visit branches regularly to inspect and score against those standards.
• Retrain coaches and front-desk staff where quality drops.
• Manage the member feedback and complaint process — respond quickly and professionally.
• Track and report pillar performance weekly to the General Manager.
• Help improve member retention through consistent, high-quality service.
