About the role

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent customer experience
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Actively participate in sales activities and customer engagement
Implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns as directed by management
Coordinate effectively between departments (sales, marketing, operations, inventory, etc.)
Serve as the communication bridge between the General Manager and Sales Officers
Ensure instructions and strategies from management are clearly executed at store level
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the General Manager
Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational issues
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and operations
Act as an assistant to the General Manager in executing assigned tasks and special projects
Support planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives
Step in as acting store lead when the General Manager is unavailable

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or store operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Sales-driven mindset with basic reporting and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and under pressure
High sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism Preferred Traits (BAADEE Culture Fit)
