About the role

Lead, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with payment solution providers across local and international markets.
Drive ABA’s payment ecosystem forward through sourcing new partners, structuring win-win agreements, and ensuring seamless operational integration with ABA PayWay and ABA Billzone platforms.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard payment solution providers aligned with the strategic goals of ABA PayWay and ABA Billzone.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to guide partnership strategies and uncover new opportunities.
Lead negotiations and structure agreements that maximize value while ensuring mutual benefit.
Draft term sheets and preliminary contracts for legal review.
Oversee partner integration processes in close collaboration with product, tech, compliance, legal, treasury, and marketing teams.
Resolve partner-related challenges proactively, working with internal stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact.
Stay abreast of global trends in digital payments, fintech, compliance, and payment processing technologies to continuously enhance ABA’s partnership strategy.
Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Communications, Finance & Banking, and/or related fields.
Minimum three years of proven experience in managing partnerships, alliances, or business development preferably within the financial services, fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Experience working with both local and international partners, with a global mindset and cultural sensitivity.
Understanding of digital wallets, online payment processing, API integrations, and the broader payments ecosystem.
Strong grasp of industry regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to implement oversight programs.
Demonstrated success leading high-stakes negotiations and closing complex partnership deals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders across diverse organizations.
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and partnership documents.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
