About the role

Develop solution architectures that meet business requirements while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and provide technical direction.
Create system design documents, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models.
Evaluate and recommend technology options, conducting feasibility assessments.
Ensure solutions are flexible, scalable, and adaptable to changing needs.
Identify potential risks associated with the technical implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Create and maintain documentation on architecture decisions, solution design, and security considerations.
Collaborate with development teams, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Present complex ideas to stakeholders and promote understanding of architecture decisions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Technology and/or related fields.
Minimum seven years of experience in IT field with at least three years in solution architecture and/or similar roles.
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns and frameworks (e.g., microservices, SOA, serverless).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the "big picture" and align solutions with business goals.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) for agile projects is a plus.
