Administrative support for consumer lending and consumer banking to drive loan growth and ensure good performance.
Responsibilities include strong control of loan files and related documents, correct updating of loan file management reports, and timely submission.
Daily support to provide loan files to stakeholders such as ROs, RMs, and other departments.
Response to job descriptions and performance of other tasks as assigned.
Control loan file management of the Consumer Lending Department (home loan, housing loan, staff loan).
Verify and document the loan file after receiving it from the disbursement team.
Update the loan file management report and the -off report.
Prepare loan file to keep in the in-out box and support ROs, RMs, BQC, Audit, and other department requests for loan files.
Prepare the loan file and implement it with Internal Audit and Quality Control.
Daily Implementation (follow up ROs and RMs for completed documents to keep in loan files).
Support the relationship officer for any request of the loan process as they require.
Back up for insurance collection.
Support and back up and submit with a correctly recorded report and document In-Out from other branches to the deputy and Division Head.
Support the Consumer Lending Department and Consumer Banking Division for loan growth and good preferment.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking, Management, Administration, or equivalent.
Has experience 2 year up with bank or company on support, administrative loan, or related.
Additional certifications and training in related fields are appreciated.
Has knowledge of the loan field or support.
Possesses strong organizational, flexibility, communication, and administrative skills.
Has strong commitment, supporting to deliver results and for loan growth and good preferment.
Good in English.
Good at computers.
Initiate new ideas and share feedback to improve performance.
