Assist in maintain and update HR personnel database, including staff on boarding and resign, reference checks, employment contracts, and document collection. Support staff performance processes (probation confirmation, promotion tracking). Assist in preparing job descriptions and conducting job analysis. Coordinate training activities and maintain accurate training records. Prepare and consolidate HR reports (monthly and quarterly). Assist in employer branding initiatives. Assist in manage employee leave records and monitor attendance/fingerprint data. Assist in preparing and declaring monthly NSSF contributions. Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and support MOL systems (LACMS, FWCMS, SICMS). Other tasks assigned by Head of HR. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English

• Good QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in HRM or related field. WORK HISTORY: Experiences recruitment (experience in insurance or microfinance is an advantage) for 2 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Basic understanding of Cambodian Labor Laws and related regulations. Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Soft Skills Hard-working and able to work under pressure. Prepare comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and expected results. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, end-to-end and production verification testing. Execute positive and negative test scenarios to validate system behavior under normal, exception and failure conditions. Validate web applications, mobile applications, APIs, backend systems, reports, interfaces and system integrations. Verify data accuracy across integrated systems, databases, reports and reconciliation outputs. Retest defect fixes and conduct regression testing before recommending release readiness.
