About the role

For Sales Representative: Seek new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Receive orders (Orders) and promote new company products.
Achieve the set Sales Target.
For Sales Supervisor & Manager: Define sales strategies and set sales goals for the team.
Monitor, evaluate, and direct the sales team to achieve the goals.
Study and analyze the market to expand the distribution network in provinces and Phnom Penh.

Requirements

For Sales Representative: Proficient in writing and speaking Khmer (English proficiency is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Own a motorcycle and be proactive in meeting customers.
For Sales Supervisor & Manager: Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 2-5 years of sales experience (especially FMCG/Food).
Strong leadership and persuasion skills.
