Prepare capacity and career development plans and submit them to the manager for review and feedback.
Prepare personal monthly action plans, including surveys, village promotion, loan application registration, loan appraisal, loan disbursement, and cash collection, as well as visiting and following up with customers, resolving overdue debt, and seeking savings and money transfer services.
Estimate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash requirements for loan operations.
Assist the branch manager in preparing monthly plans and loan expansion plans.
Conduct feasibility studies of villages for area expansion in designated operational areas.
Complete customer loan applications, collect, analyze, and generate appropriate information necessary for loan appraisal (using IPAD).
Disburse approved loans to customers by explaining the terms of the loan contract, repayment schedule, and other necessary information (using IPAD if available).
Provide loan repayment schedules and loan contracts to each customer after loan disbursement.
Implement business protocols correctly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve loan issues and ensure customer credit discipline.
Report on evolving issues, including overdue loans, to the direct supervisor daily.
Strictly and effectively implement fraud prevention guidelines.
Update monthly work performance indicator reports (KPIs).
Report irregularities, fraud, non-compliance, misconduct, or any serious inappropriate behavior implemented by others (colleagues, subordinates, supervisors...) to the appropriate personnel (direct supervisor or Ury Bank executive team members).
Requirements
Currently studying or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Business Administration.
Possess skills in communication, promotion, analysis, and calculation.
Be honest and highly responsible for work.
Be friendly, clear, and meticulous in performing duties.
Be respectful and unbiased when performing duties with all customers.
Be willing to share, cooperate, and work as a team.
Able to travel by motorcycle regularly and must have a motorcycle or car driving license.
Must own a personal motorcycle that can be used for long-distance travel.
Living in the area or province of operation is a plus.
