Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services. - Manage and create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels. - Coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns. - Conduct market and competitor research and identify new opportunities. - Prepare marketing materials, reports, and campaign performance analysis. - Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support business growth. - Monitor market trends and customer insights to improve marketing strategies. - Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 1-2+ years of experience in Marketing or a related position. - Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills. - Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing. - Basic skills in Canva or other design tools are an advantage. - Good command of Khmer and English. - Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
