ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Recruiter Intern who can own the entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end. You will handle high-volume professional hiring as well as selective executive search assignments. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing top talent while maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist with sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Schedule and conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials for hiring managers. Assist with onboarding new hires by collecting necessary paperwork and preparing them for their first day. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activities and candidate pools. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and answering phones. Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned.
