ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can own the entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end. You will handle high-volume professional hiring as well as selective executive search assignments. This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing top talent while maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and define precise job requirements Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis Source candidates through multiple channels Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews and competency-based evaluations Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in the ATS Coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates Conduct reference checks and background verification Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates Lead search assignments for C-level, Director, and senior managerial positions Build and maintain a strong talent pools across industries Meet and exceed monthly KPIs (e.g., offers made, placements closed) Deliver high-quality placements with strong retention rates Provide regular recruitment reports and market insights to clients and management WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment Proven track record in executive search or senior-level professional recruiting Experience recruiting across multiple industries is a strong advantage Strong sourcing and headhunting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Results-oriented mindset with strong closing skills Good understanding of the Cambodian job market and salary benchmarks Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
