About the role

Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare expense payment documents, including Payment Voucher, General Journal Voucher, and Invoice.
Prepare incoming purchase invoices from customers ( គ្រឿង OB ).
Prepare lists for verifying invoices with Vendors.
Manage vendor payable accounts and track debt aging (Aging Payable).
Input purchase invoice data into the BCV20 system for Vendors.
Prepare revenue receipt documents, including Cash Receipt, General Journal, and Invoice.
Input daily revenue list data into the BCV 20 system in a timely manner.
Input daily sales invoice data into the BCV20 system accurately and timely.
Audit cash accounts and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare and verify sales invoices for customers and customer account statements.
Prepare monthly revenue and expense reports.
Reconcile and close monthly accounting ledgers.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents in an organized manner.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial data.
Report work and participate in solving related problems.
Maintain order, adhere to discipline, and company internal regulations.
Complete other tasks as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties (ភារកិច្ចម្តងម្កាល): Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
Assist in coordinating work within the department as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting.
Knowledge of revenue/expense accounting or general accounting.
Skills in calculation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Ability to use Accounting System software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic proficiency in English.
Age between 18 to 30 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and responsible.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt.
