About the role

Manage and supervise the daily work of the graphic design creative team to achieve set sales targets.
Participate in work planning and manage employee work results with the department head.
Study new design trends and new technologies in the graphic design field.
Solve design and project-related problems in a timely manner.
Prepare projects and create work management plans for design workflows, collaborating closely with the department head.
Create digital illustrations or Vector art, storyboards, and develop new poster concepts to support company campaigns.
Participate in providing feedback and creative ideas in creating all materials to enhance the company's identity.
Create and provide ideas for digital drawings based on company work requirements and all company media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Website, and other media channels).
Maintain consistency in all designs to ensure clarity according to company branding guidelines.
Initiate ideas to create various designs in line with promotional campaigns and special company events.
Review prints to ensure color management, paper selection, and all printing materials are printed correctly and with high quality.
Share and teach work techniques, as well as guide junior designers.
Report work to the department head and resolve team and inter-departmental work issues.
Maintain order, respect discipline, and internal company regulations.
Complete other tasks as instructed by management.
Occasional Duties: Participate in regular work performance evaluations.
Prepare layered drawing files and collaborate with the video team to create motion graphics.
Collaborate with the team to create various digital publications such as E-magazines, Lookbooks.
Collaborate with the team to create various animation designs.
Assist in organizing various events as requested by the company or other departments.
Assist in designing various tasks as required or requested by the company or other departments.
Facilitate other tasks in the absence of the department head.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication.
At least 2 years of work experience in graphic design.
Experience in team management.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Design...).
Understanding of Branding, Typography, Layout Design, and Social Media Design.
Skilled in using digital drawing tools (Procreate, Wacom Tablets).
Good command of English.
Aged between 20 to 35 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Loyal and responsible for work.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and quick learner.
