Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for driving multi-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing indoor and outdoor advertising quality, and supporting commercial tenants and development projects with integrated promotional activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate and deploy indoor and outdoor advertising campaigns according to strategic marketing plans, ensuring high brand visibility and rigorous quality control across all collaterals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across paid social media, email, and digital advertising platforms to drive project engagement and conversions.
• Partner with commercial and retail tenants to facilitate promotional support, including collateral placement (J-flags, flyers, lamppost banners, standees) and event executions (grand openings, seasonal activations, sales promotions).
• Oversee content management systems (CMS) and digital channels to maintain up-to-date project information, promotional announcements, and visual assets.
• Produce and edit multimedia marketing creative using Adobe Photoshop and design tools to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
• Track and evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns and physical activations to continuously optimize reach, foot traffic, and return on investment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across major platforms.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic/video editing software.
• Practical familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and multi-channel campaign deployment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, project coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple vendor and tenant relationships effectively.
