ABOUT THE ROLE Customer service Supervisor will overseeing day-to-day support operations, managing escalations, ensuring effective issue resolution, and supervising the customer service team. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead daily support activities across channels, monitor performance, and support staff training. Act as an escalation point for complex inquiries and coordinate with technical and product teams. Review support interactions, maintain internal knowledge bases, and gather customer feedback. Enforce customer service SOPs, track helpdesk KPIs, and generate productivity reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communication, or a related field. Minimum 3 years in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise technology products strongly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in helpdesk ticketing systems, CRM tools, and technical troubleshooting.
