• Support financial operations by focusing on accurate accounting, efficient procurement support, and strong control over records, payments, and reporting.
• Woking on vendor sourcing process (vendor registration and contract signing); Review validity of contract list and proceed renewal before expiration date; Support GBS and local team on quote and sourcing for purchasing; Review and validate open Purchase Order with local team; Matching PO request, invoice and delivery note for finance team to process invoice booking; Support procurement activities, supplier coordination, and purchase documentation; Perform any other task as assigned when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, , or a related field Proven experience in accounting, procurement, or a similar finance role Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Excel and other common office applications Able to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams Professional, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in logistics or transport is an advantage
