Sr. Officer, Procurement

• Procurement & Purchasing: Handle purchasing of goods, materials, and services required for retail operations. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing. Ensure procurement activities meet business requirements.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing).
• Price Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers. Ensure competitive pricing and cost-saving opportunities. Support cost control initiatives.
• Order & Delivery Management: Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure accuracy of orders and documentation.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and store teams to ensure stock availability. Monitor stock levels and reorder products when necessary. Support inventory planning and replenishment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Support audits and internal control processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports (spending, supplier performance, savings). Analyze purchasing data to improve efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with finance, operations, and merchandising teams. Support new store openings and expansion projects. Ensure smooth procurement processes across departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (retail/FMCG preferred) Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems Strong communication and coordination skills Procurement and sourcing expertise Negotiation and cost control Supplier relationship management Analytical thinking Attention to detail Communication and teamwork
