Officer, Accounting

Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments Prepare and maintain general ledger, journals, and supporting documents Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements, cash, and POS (Point of Sale) reports Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor daily sales and inventory movements Coordinate with store operations on stock variance, shrinkage, and adjustments Track cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross profit Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist in tax calculations, filings, and audits (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) Maintain proper filing of financial documents and invoices Support budget preparation and expense monitoring Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience 1–3 years of accounting experience (retail or FMCG experience preferred) Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may be considered Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of accounting principles Experience with accounting software and MS Excel Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and coordination skills
