About the role

Prepare detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, test plans and test data for digital services and features related to Mobile Banking, including projects, enhancements, ad-hoc requests, and bug fixes.
Execute UAT to validate systems against documented Requirements (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD), ensuring no regression impact on existing functionalities.
Log, track, escalate defects to ensure proper documentation and resolution.
Prepare UAT summary report including evidence of testing results.
Facilitate beta and post-production testing activities to ensure newly developed mobile banking features and ad-hoc fixes are verified before public release.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to line manager.
Perform other tasks assigned by line manager or senior manager team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Experience: At least 1 years’ experience of Banking Operations and core banking system support.
A high level of proficiency in English , both writing and speaking.
Skills: Strong at time management and problem-solving skill.
