About the role

Maintain the efficient management of day-to-day financial, accounting, administrative and HR services of the branch to smoothen all functions of the office as well as to keep customers satisfied and maintain continued profitability of the Bank.
Purchase and manage branch stationery, first aid usage, and office supplies.
Keep track and handle all branch’s documentations in and out to ensure proper recording and information flow.
Process and handle all minor repairs and maintenance of office’s building, equipment and device on a timely manner.
Ensure cleanliness and security of the branch’s frontline counter, back office and overall premise.
Prepare, monitor and control vehicles rental agreement and update contact list.
Process the purchase of fixed asset for branch by working closely with procurement team from head office.
Control branch fixed assets through precise recording, maintaining and reconciling the fixed asset account.
Collect all branch assets upon termination.
Prepare accurate and timely branch’s various reports.
Handle and keep track of staff leave absence and termination.
Handle branch monthly budget and prepare ticket advance by working closely with Branch Manager.
Prepare month-end standard journals report.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in the field of banking and finance, accounting, economic, law or other equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience in Accounting, Finance, administrative job; preferably in Micro Finance Institutions or bank.
Strong numeric and administrative skill.
Good in communication skill.
Ability to effectively in a team environment.
Good command in Khmer and English.
Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and Email.
