Supervise daily QA activities across retail products, including in-store and warehouse inspections.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality policies, and consumer safety standards.
Monitor product shelf life, storage conditions, and labeling accuracy.
Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and returns; implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits of stores, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with commercial, supply chain, and store operations to maintain compliance across all retail channels.
Conduct training for staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer safety practices.
Stay updated with Cambodian retail laws, consumer protection regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure all retail products comply with Cambodian regulations (e.g., Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Health for food, cosmetics, and consumer goods).
Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, product registrations, and licenses.
Liaise with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and reporting.
Support compliance for product labeling, marketing claims, and promotional materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
3+ years of experience in QA & Regulatory within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods.
Knowledge of Cambodian retail regulations, product safety, and labeling requirements.
Experience managing audits, quality inspections, and regulatory submissions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple stores, suppliers, and product categories simultaneously.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
