Collect and analyze sales, customer, and operational data from retail systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, product category performance, and store performance.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
Support forecasting and demand planning using historical data.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing, promotions, and positioning, and consumer buying behavior.
Visit competitors’ stores and collect field data when required.
Assist in customer surveys, focus groups, and feedback collection.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Support management in decision-making related to pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotions and campaigns.
Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Maintain and update dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Work with IT or system teams to improve data collection processes.
Work closely with teams such as Sales & Operations, Marketing, and Category Management.
Provide analytical support for campaigns, promotions, and new store openings.

1–3 years experience in: Data analysis, Market research, Retail/FMCG industry (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
Basic understanding of retail KPI (sales, margin, inventory).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
