About the role

Supervise and coordinate the daily of janitorial team members at the assigned site.
Arrange daily task assignments and ensure manpower is properly deployed across all designated areas.
Monitor cleaning quality in classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, walkways, and other assigned areas.
Conduct routine site audits and quality inspections to check cleaning completion, hygiene standards, safety practices, and service quality.
Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the required service standard.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, PPE, and safety procedures.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, behavior, and daily performance.
Provide on-site guidance, coaching, and basic training to janitorial team members when required.
Coordinate with the client representative regarding daily cleaning requirements, urgent requests, feedback, and service concerns.
Respond to urgent cleaning needs and arrange proper support in a timely manner.
Report cleaning issues, staff issues, maintenance concerns, incidents, and client feedback to Tunsai management.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly site updates, attendance records, quality audit findings, and service reports as required.
Act as the main on-site contact between the client and Tunsai Operations team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial supervision, housekeeping supervision, facility management, or a related field.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interal skills.
Ability to under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to flexible s, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google space, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
