About the role

Oversee and manage revenue, EBIT, and operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Actively source new to create new portfolio by researching, contacting and vetting agencies.
Build self-service processes and resources to drive development to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
Manage product portfolio using analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance and track record of proven results.
Develop internal analytics to track partner performance, identify new potential partners and support weekly and monthly performance.
Drive new product launch initiative, closely with Development Manager/ Manager, Field Sales to build new product pipelines.
Develop and build long-term strategic plan to build stronger department by leading both products and services.
Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in anticipating client needs, defining and leveraging cross-product/industry opportunities.

Requirements

Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
Passion for traditional/digital marketing.
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, track record of proven results.
Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills.
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).
