Pick up completed food orders from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to the correct tables or customers.
Ensure food presentation, temperature, and order accuracy before delivery.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding order status.
Respond politely and professionally to customer requests or feedback.
Assist service staff when needed (e.g., refilling water, clearing tables).
Ensure customers receive a positive dining experience.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in food & beverage or retail service is an advantage, but not required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Customer-focused attitude.
