About the role

Proactively manage the GM’s schedule, organize meetings, vetting meeting requests, and optimizing time allocation.
Attend high-level meetings to take precise minutes, track action items, and draft/disseminate comprehensive reports.
Draft official letters, emails, and presentations in both Khmer and English.
Translate Khmer/English documents as necessary.
Help design and draft Social Medias posting.

Requirements

Fluent Khmer Language Proficiency: Fluent Writing / Speaking Advanced English Language Proficiency: Writing / Speaking Advanced Microsoft Word Skills: Advanced formatting, template creation, and professional report layouts.
Basic Excel Skills: Basic knowledge formulas, formatting, presentation.
Advanced Agenda and Tools Skills: Google Calendar, Google Drive, and other tasks management tools Good AI LLM Knowledge: Can use ChatGPT, Gemini, Others Meticulous, precise, very well organized with sharp eye for detail Administrative Expertise: Proven background in administrative roles with a deep understanding of corporate workflows, approval processes, and document control.
Preferably someone who is "environment" oriented.
Good Presentation: Tidy and Professional.
