About the role

Experienced finance and accounting professional responsible for supporting accurate reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day financial operations in a real estate development environment.
Ensure compliance, strengthen controls, and provide insights that support business decisions.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, journals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Coordinate audits, maintain proper documentation, and respond to internal/external inquiries.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and control.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project and operational finance needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in finance/accounting; real estate or property development is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments.
Professional integrity, accuracy, and a proactive working attitude.
