About the role

Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and related documents accurately and on time.
Maintain customer and sales records in the system and ensure data is up to date.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and other teams on customer transactions and follow-ups.
Monitor payment schedules and assist in collecting required documents from customers.
Prepare sales reports and performance data for management review.
Support customers with administrative inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
File and organize sales documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and easy retrieval.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Able to work effectively with internal teams and support customer needs.
