We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to grow brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales for a trading and distribution in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate is creative, target-driven, and able to turn online engagement into results. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels.
• Create engaging content to promote products, build brand awareness, and attract new customers.
• Support sales activities by handling inquiries, following up on leads, and converting prospects.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to boost ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely promotions.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong skills of social media platforms, online advertising, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic design or marketing tools.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Experience in trading, e-commerce, or import/export is an advantage.
