ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Director is a senior leadership position responsible for spearheading sales strategy, managing the full project lifecycle, and leading a diverse team to achieve organizational targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accountable for achieving agreed-upon revenue, unit sales, and absorption targets across all projects.
Manage end-to-end sales processes to ensure robust pipeline coverage and high conversion rates from lead to closure, intervening in negotiations as necessary to secure deals.
Identify, appoint, and oversee high-performing local and international sales agencies, ensuring consistent lead quality and taking corrective action on underperforming channels.
Develop and implement practical strategies regarding product positioning, pricing, and incentives based on market demand and competitive analysis, translating these into clear, actionable, and time-bound sales plans.
Oversee and coach the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, setting clear performance expectations and strengthening team capabilities through targeted training and process implementation.
Act as a company representative at industry networking events and buyer functions to strengthen professional networks and market intelligence.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years in real estate or investment, including 10+ years in sales.
5+ years of management experience leading teams of at least five, with a focus on development, process, and training.
Proven track record of driving sales from strategy to successful closure while meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in product positioning and articulating compelling, distinct narratives.
Proficiency in MS Office and high comfort level with learning new CMS technologies.
Experience in the Cambodian or regional developing markets (preferred, but open to all). Bachelor's degree in any field, with priority given to extensive relevant experience.
