Not limited to promoting and selling house, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals while delivering excellent customer service and achieving assigned sales targets. Lead and Manage sale team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Target Achievement Lead sales team to achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote and sell housing units, villas, shophouses, or related products. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. Customer Handling Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads. Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, payment plans, and project details. Conduct site visits and product presentations professionally. After-Sales & Customer Relationship Maintain good relationships with customers after closing. Support customers during payment, loan, and handover stages if needs Handle basic customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments. Leadership and management Lead and coach sales team to achieve the sales target Train and guide sales team Support sales to close sales with sales team EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English
