The objective of the end project evaluation and case study are to provide a full assessment of the project inputs, outputs and outcomes, including key evaluation questions related to the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, gender, people with disability, inclusion and sustainability. The evaluation also aims to capture good practice, challenges and lessons learned gain during the course of the project intervention, with providing recommendations for NECO, the donors and the relevant stakeholders for future intervention. It will measure the impact and the progress against the project’s log-frame/indicators and its outputs, but not limited to:

• Examine the knowledge and skills of youths, elders, women, men, local authorities and stakeholders in projects’ implementation of the ICAB, solar System and purifier drinking water, the impact from the renewable energy.
• Evaluate the stakeholders’ commitment in taking action to increase knowledge of Paor Indigenous People’s customary rule on the saved-use of communal land and natural resources sustainability, impact from the renewable energy.
• The consultant will be responsible for writing the evaluation report and for performing all tasks associated such as making an evaluation plan, collecting data, and writing the report.
• Additionally, the consultant is responsible for collecting monitoring data using the project’s log-frame.
