Description

As a Business Consultant at AIA Cambodia, you will help clients evaluate their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to protect their future and support their long-term goals.
Your key responsibilities include searching for and contacting potential clients through communication networks, referral introductions, and marketing activities.
You will consult with clients to understand their needs, financial goals, and protection priorities, and provide appropriate, accurate, and ethical AIA product recommendations and solutions.
Additionally, you will follow up with new and existing clients to support sales and retention, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality, and prepare sales reports and update customer information in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience in sales, customer service, or financial consulting will be considered.
Communication, persuasion, and client relationship-building skills.
Agile, goal-oriented, and able to work well independently.
Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products is an advantage.
Good command of Khmer and English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
