Visit customers according to the daily Planned Journey Plan (PJP).
Load products onto the sales van for daily sales operations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
Increase product distribution and SKU coverage at retail outlets.
Ensure adequate product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Check the van inventory before and after each sales trip.
Maintain proper product merchandising and display standards.
Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
Maintain the sales van and all company assets in good condition.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Middle School as a minimum WORK HISTORY: FMCG sales or van sales for 1 to 2 years is preferred SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Minimum education: Grade 9 or above.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
