Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead and mentor the Marketing Supervisor and their team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and booth activations.
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Other tasks will be assigned by CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience in marketing management, preferably in FMCG or related industries for 3 years as a minimum.
Proven success in leading teams and executing high-impact marketing campaigns is essential.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of Khmer is highly preferred.
A deep understanding of FMCG marketing strategies, branding principles, and distribution channels is essential.
Familiarity with Cambodia’s market dynamics and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and campaign analytics is a plus.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical thinking skills are required to guide the team and align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for cross-department collaboration.
