About the role

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage online campaigns across social media, website, and other digital platforms.
Create monthly content and campaign calendars.
Oversee content creation (artwork, captions, videos, reels).
Manage posting schedules and platform performance.
Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and grow online communities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Prepare marketing communication materials (announcements, press releases, key messages).
Support commercial promotions and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Category teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize where necessary.
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Supervise and guide marketing team members.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills (Khmer & English preferred).
Experience in media, digital marketing, PR, or corporate communication.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team Player.
