Responsible for recruiting agents and managing agent operations in Pursat province.
- Seek and recruit potential agents capable of providing the company's services to customers.
- Manage and motivate agent operations to align with company targets and regional manager's guidance.
- Seek additional opportunities for agents, such as introducing customers or partners' customers to conduct services through Ly Hour Velo agents.
- Train agents on service operation knowledge through the company's mPOS and digital mPOS machines.
- Seek business partners in Pursat province to encourage agents to have more operations.
- Resolve agent issues.
- Report to the regional manager.
