About the role

Oversee achievement of sales targets & CRP (Customer reach & Penetration) for assigned es/territories and overall objectives.
Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management.
Develop sales strategies for assigned es/territories.
Contribute to sales strategies for individual products in consultation with the Client Management team.
Assign geographical sales territories and establish budgets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to manage geographical territories' performance.
Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term sales plans.
Oversee sales activities and initiate and cascade new/improved strategies and plans based on changing markets and trends.
Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
Lead new/enhanced product solutions to best address customer needs based on product gap analysis.
Oversee sales forecasting and reporting processes/activities.
Contribute to customer base expansion strategies based on effectiveness of sales strategies/plans.
Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvements on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, CRP etc. Monitor department accounts receivable days closely and oversee collection trends.
Lead and guide resolution of complex customer issues.
Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve objectives.
Cooperate with clients and internal stakeholders ensure end to end sales and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in anticipating client needs, defining and leveraging cross-product/industry opportunities.
Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new 4PL from new or existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation.
Oversee and monitor clients' KPIs and profitability with respect to service levels in order to drive contract management.
Lead the multi cross function.

Requirements

Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories/products/services and an existing net of contacts.
Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills.
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).
