About the role

Supports the Sales Manager by executing day-to-day customer acquisition, service consultation, and client follow-up activities across B2B, B2C, and service-based segments.
Engages potential customers, understands their needs, and promotes Tunsai’s cleaning and maintenance services to convert leads into active clients.
Approaches and engages potential customers through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and on-site visits.
Understands client cleaning and maintenance needs and explains suitable service solutions.
Conducts basic site walkthroughs and gathers information for quotation preparation.
Educates clients on service benefits, scope, and long-term value.
Supports the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and client acquisition strategies.
Assists in preparing quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
Follows up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Supports contract conversion and onboarding coordination.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Updates client information, meeting notes, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
Monitors client satisfaction and identifies opportunities for repeat or additional services.
Works closely with the Sales Manager, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure service alignment.
Provides regular updates on leads, client feedback, and market insights.
Supports promotional activities, campaigns, and sales events as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
At least 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or service advisory roles.
Background in cleaning services, service industries, insurance, banking, or facilities-related businesses is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English.
Comfortable with customer engagement, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
Willing to travel for on-site client visits and field sales activities.
Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.
Confidence in cold calling and initiating client conversations.
Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Operate with humility and appreciation for all stakeholders.
Always do the right thing, ethically and responsibly.
Uphold honesty while being receptive to new ideas and diverse perspectives.
