The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B sales, B2C sales, service selling, and client acquisition across institutional, corporate, and residential segments. This role focuses on understanding client needs, proposing suitable service solutions, and building long-term relationships that result in recurring and project-based business.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and approaching new clients across B2B, B2C, and service-based segments.
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and homeowners.
• Understanding client pain points and recommending tailored service solutions aligned with their needs and budgets.
• Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and service packages.
• Conducting client meetings, presentations, and on-site walkthroughs.
• Negotiating service agreements, closing contracts, and managing renewals.
• Maintaining a structured sales pipeline and client database using CRM or tracking tools.
• Collaborating closely with Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
• Providing weekly sales activity and pipeline reports to the CEO/COO.

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience across B2B, B2C, or service-based sales.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse client groups.
• Excellent Khmer and English communication (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to build trust, follow up, and close deals.
• Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Experience in service industries (cleaning, facilities, logistics, home services) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with government procurement or institutional sales processes is a plus.
• Existing client networks in Phnom Penh or major cities are preferred.
